Terms & Conditions
Payment Process: Upon receipt of the Reservation Form you submit online will send you a Reservation Deposit form. The stated deposit is due at that time and will guarantee the inclusion on said group tours land portion. Please review the statements, our terms and additional tour information that we provide. When you are comfortable with the tour & travel arrangements, your deposit payment will confirm your reservation and you will receive an updated copy of your Reservation Statement reflecting your payment.


Payment Plan: There is a Deposit Payment of $300. USD per Reservation Booking per person to confirm your reservation. It is due at the time of registration. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, your reservation becomes confirmed. Deposits are fully refundable except for $100 booking fee until 6 months to the day prior to the trip. Your Tour Package must be paid in full 150 days prior to your departure date. We also can offer you a Monthly Payment Equalization Installment Plan where we will invoice you in equal amounts from the time you book your tour until the 150 day prior to your departure, due date. The installment plan is available upon request and for your convenience only. Our only concern is that your tour package is made in full 150 days prior to your departure.


DarlaTours LLC [‘Service Provider’(s), ‘Tour Service Provider’(s), ‘us’, ‘me’, ‘tour manager’ ‘tour host’ or ‘we’] Issued:January 2014 Refund Policy: Unless special terms are stated and appear in your Reservation Statement, the following refund policy applies to all reservations: Deposit payments are refundable, minus the $100 booking fee, until 6 months prior to departure. Payments made after your initial deposit payment and 6 months prior to your departure may be refunded in full minus a 10% administrative fee. From 150 days to departure date, refunds at the discretion of DarlaTours LLC and is based on business expenses incurred on your behalf. If cancellation is necessary, we will make every effort to refund as much of your money as business permits. Deposit refunds will be processed within 30 days of written request.  Payments above and beyond the deposit will be processed within 90 days of the written request.


Customer Agreement: We ask that Each Guest [I, me, my, you, your] agrees to the following conditions while participating on DarlaTours:
• I agree to hold harmless Tour Service Provider(s) its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to me during my participation on the tour.
• I agree to hold harmless Tour Service Provider(s), its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from non-delivery of any advertised tour attraction due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances. I understand that Tour Service Providers will make every attempt to provide alternate attractions in the event of non-delivery of an advertised tour attraction(s) under such circumstances. However, I do understand the risk associated with scheduled live appearances, unannounced closings of a tour sights or other reasons of non-delivery beyond the control of us.
• I acknowledge being informed of the option to purchase personal travel insurance from my own insurance agent, or independent providers. I understand it is my decision and responsibility to obtain travel insurance. We are available to assist you in finding a reputable company. We understand Travelex is a reputable insurance provider and highly recommend them.
• I understand that my health should be well enough to endure short, casual walking for up to 2 hours with a limited number of rest stops. If there is any doubt, Tour Service Providers advises you to consult your physician prior to taking the tour. You are asked to advise your host, in advance of any tour day, if frequent stops may be necessary.
• I am responsible to inform Tour Service Providers of any medical condition that may be helpful for us to know in the event of an emergency. All information is kept private and will be made available to personnel (e.g., tour guides, medical professionals) that Tour Service Provider [or their associates] has determined need to know of the condition in the event of such an emergency.
• I am responsible for my actions, which includes timely arrival at tour meeting points, behavior at tour attractions and events. I understand that I may miss a tour event[s] if I am late arriving at planned meeting places at the scheduled time. I will not receive a refund of any type for tour events that are missed as a result of my actions. Tour Service Providers will make every attempt to contact you if you are not in attendance at the scheduled meeting location.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to stay with the tour group and/or guides and if I wish to stop at a shop or take care of any personal needs, I will inform a host or a guide. If failing to do so results in separation from the tour group or your guide, we will not be held responsible and I will not receive a refund of any type for tour events you may miss as a result. However, if you do become separated, your DarlaTours LLC [‘Service Provider’(s), ‘Tour Service Provider’(s), ‘us’, ‘me’, ‘tour manager’ ‘tour host’ or ‘we’] Issued:December 2015 host has provided you with a local number to contact him/her to arrange a meet.
• I will respect other tour guest's property, race, religion, identity, and gender and I understand that if my behavior is such that it continuously disrupts the enjoyment of or offends other guests, I will be asked not to attend the day's activities and, if my behavior continues in such a manner, I will asked not to participate in tour activities during the entire length of the tour. If this occurs, I understand I will not be entitled to a refund. This also includes liable and slanderous statements made at the expense of DarlaTours. Such statements render this agreement null and no refund will be given.
• I understand that I am responsible for any minor[s] accompanying me on the tour, regardless of relationship, I understand that if the minor is booked with my travel party and confirm I am over 21 years of age, I will be held accountable for the actions of the minor during the tour. A minor is a guest less that is than 18 years of age.
• I acknowledge having been informed by Tour Service Provider to take two copies of the picture page of your passport and keep one on your body and the other in your luggage. I understand that I must take extra care to avoid loss of my passport. If it is lost, you must contact the US Embassy in the country you are now detained for advice. I understand your tour guides and staff of Tour Service Providers may only be available to provide advice and instructions to you and may not be available to personally accompany you to remedy the situation. Any additional expense incurred as a result of a lost passport or airline ticket is the responsibility of the guest. Please bring a second photo ID such as your driver’s license.
• I agree that it is my personal responsibility to ensure I know my exact flight times and baggage weight limitations and additional cost of 'check in' baggage and 'carry on' baggage rules and size/weight limitations established by the air carrier chosen for me by Tour Service Providers This applies to guest that make their own flight arrangements or if you have selected our Air Upgrade. This information should be checked no later than 30 days prior to departure. The restrictions may vary by airline. Tour Service Provider is available to assist & advise you.
• I understand that Tour Service Provider operates an internet based business that relies on their guest's ability to access and use the internet as well as have an email account to receive & send messages and read attachments. If you do not have access to the internet or an email account, you are responsible to inform the Tour Service Provider so communication may be handled via US Mail & Phone.
•I will cooperate and confirm receipt of all emails sent to me in the process of the administration of my tour. Emails are sent with auto replies, this is a safe & quick method to let us know you received the tour information sent to you. This is especially important as we approach the tour's departure date and travel details become available. Any changes to the tour plans will be communicated to you via email.
• I understand that if a refund in part or in whole is to be returned to you, that it may take up to 90 days for Tour Service Provider to make the refund payment.

DarlaTours can not be held responsible for incorrect information from other sources such as website postings or flyers not produced by DarlaTours.

DarlaTours can not be held responsible for group leader, hosts,  or celebrity cancellations. The trips will continue as scheduled.  Every effort will be made to replace guest hosts.

By traveling with DarlaTours you agree to the use of your image in photos and videos produced by DarlaTours.

About Transoceanic Air Arrangements: All our Tour packages are sold as Land Packages. Group Air is often available for an additional cost. These are not included in the Land Package.
